1. Who we are

This website, pulseplay-technologies.com (the "Website"), is operated by PulsePlay Technologies LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company (Entity ID 2026-002102252), with its registered and mailing address at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States ("PulsePlay", "we", "us"). For the purposes of data protection law, PulsePlay Technologies LLC is the data controller of the personal information described in this policy.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Website, how we use it, how long we keep it, with whom we share it, and the rights you have in relation to it.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you submit through our forms

When you submit the partnership application form, we collect the information you enter, which may include: first name, last name, business email address, phone number, company name, website, business type, monthly revenue range, current team size, main acquisition channels, your current growth challenges and your objectives for the next 12 months, together with your confirmation that you have read this policy.

When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, company (optional), the subject of your enquiry and your message.

2.2 Technical information

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you request and the date and time of the request (server logs). When a form is submitted, we also record the IP address and timestamp of the submission to protect against spam and abuse.

2.3 Information we do not collect

We do not collect payment information through the Website, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 years of age. The Website is intended for businesses and their representatives.

3. How we use your information

  • To review and evaluate your partnership application, including analysing the business information you provide.
  • To respond to your enquiry and communicate with you about your application or request, by email or by phone if you provided a number.
  • To prepare and, where applicable, negotiate a partnership proposal.
  • To operate, secure and maintain the Website, including protecting against spam, fraud and abuse.
  • To comply with legal obligations and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we rely on the following legal bases:

  • Steps prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)): evaluating your application and communicating with you about a potential partnership at your request.
  • Legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)): operating and securing the Website, preventing abuse, and managing our business relationships, where these interests are not overridden by your rights.
  • Legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)): where processing is required by applicable law.
  • Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)): for any optional analytics or marketing cookies, should we introduce them (see section 10). You may withdraw consent at any time.

5. Where your information is stored and how it is protected

Form submissions are delivered to our business email inbox and a backup copy is stored in a protected, non-public directory on our web server. The Website is hosted by Hostinger, a web hosting provider. The Website is served over HTTPS (encrypted in transit). Access to submissions is restricted to the people who need it to evaluate applications and respond to enquiries.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the information, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Who we share your information with

We share personal information only with:

  • Service providers who process it on our behalf and under our instructions, namely our web hosting provider (Hostinger) and our email service provider, for the sole purpose of hosting the Website and delivering messages.
  • Professional advisers (such as lawyers or accountants) where necessary in connection with a partnership proposal or a legal matter.
  • Authorities where required by law, regulation, legal process or an enforceable governmental request.
  • A successor in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this policy.

We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

7. How long we keep your information

We keep application and enquiry information for as long as necessary to evaluate and respond to it and, if a partnership results, for the duration of the relationship and any period required afterwards by law or to resolve disputes. Applications that do not lead to a partnership are generally deleted within 24 months of the last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner (see section 9) or a longer period is required by law. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security purposes.

8. International transfers

PulsePlay Technologies LLC is established in the United States. If you submit information from outside the United States, including from the EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, and potentially in other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers, such as standard contractual clauses, and we take steps to ensure your information receives an adequate level of protection. You may contact us for more information about these safeguards.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights in relation to your personal information:

  • To access the information we hold about you and receive a copy.
  • To correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • To request deletion of your information.
  • To restrict or object to certain processing, including processing based on legitimate interests.
  • To data portability, where processing is based on consent or contract and carried out by automated means.
  • To withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
  • To lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the EEA or UK member state of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement.

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@pulseplay-technologies.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

10. Cookies and analytics

The Website currently uses no third-party cookies, no advertising trackers and no analytics tools. The only data stored in your browser is a small, strictly necessary preference that remembers your cookie choice if a consent banner is displayed. If we introduce analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will only load them after you have given your consent through the cookie banner, and we will update our Cookie Policy accordingly.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page; continued use of the Website after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy to the extent permitted by law.
